Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund if production has not started.
• After that window, cancellation requests will be reviewed case by case because handmade production may already be underway.
• If work has already begun, a full cancellation may not be possible.

Change-of-mind returns

• Unused items in original condition may be requested for return within 14 days of delivery.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping on non-defective, change-of-mind returns.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery at rlmsx1221@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos.
• If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work with you on a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.
• Claims submitted long after delivery may not be eligible for resolution.

Refund timing

• Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method.
• Once processed by us, banking timelines may vary before funds appear in your account.
• If a return is required, the refund may be issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
