Most orders are made after checkout and are expected to ship in about 1 month. During busier preorder periods, estimates shown on the product page may move slightly.

Queue-based fulfillment

Orders are worked through in the order they are received. When more orders are ahead in the queue, delivery estimates may shift by a few days.

Shipping timing

The estimated delivery window shown on the product page is the best current estimate at the time of order.
Processing time begins after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.
Once a package is handed to the carrier, transit time depends on destination, carrier performance, and local conditions.
You will receive shipping confirmation when your order is dispatched.

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout.

We cannot guarantee address changes after production or shipping has already started.

Kinoraworks currently designs and merchandises the product around standard U.S. customers and shipping expectations.
Delays caused by carrier issues, severe weather, customs, or incorrect addresses are outside our direct control.
If your package arrives damaged or with an issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
